I have heard so many people say that home warranty is a waste of money and that it's only for piece of mind if even that. As a first time homebuyer of a +/- 100 year old house, I took the gamble and got a warranty under HSP...I'm glad I did. I've had an HSP home warranty for 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with them. I've had to use them a few times now and each time I've called with an issue they get back to me right away. The repair process from start to finish is amazingly simple. I even had to call them on Christmas when we woke up with no heat.
